Sagem F@st 800 ADSL USB modem

My ADSL modem exploded after a thunderstorm so I had to use another ADSL modem. The only one I've had available was old S@gem Fast 800.
Here are the steps needed for it to run on Fedora.

ueagle_atm module is probably already installed and enabled, pppoatm module needs to be modprobed manually, avail in kernel-modules-extra package
ueagle_atm needs to be modprobed with altsetting=0,0,0,0 otherwise messages like below may occur :
kernel: ATM dev 0: usbatm_submit_urb: urb 0x80b9dc00 submission failed (-28)!
kernel messages regarding missing firmware can be ignored.
